Incomplete

You left her this way. You did this to her. She trusted you with her life, and you just threw her away like she was trash. You did it. Did what, you ask? It's simple, really.

You left her incomplete.

You sketched her in the middle of a class with no teacher, your friends peering into your doodle every few minutes. You decided she was beautiful and wasn't worth wasting, so you scanned the sketch into your phone and drew her. You filled her with life by using colours. You filled her heart with dark and light, pastel and rouge, white and black. You coloured inside inside the lines, and outside the box.

YOU gave her a life.

But then you threw her away.

You abandoned her. You left her unfinished, incomplete, forgotten. You left her yearning for love and support. You left her dependent on your colour palette.

You completely erased her from your memory.

Then she came back, and haunted your dreams. How could you? What did she ever do to you? Why did she deserve such a fate?

No. Don't think you can apologize your way out of this. You did something bad - and now you must face the consequences of your actions.

Now...you must pay.

But what she doesn't know, is that she is beautiful the way she is. She didn't need any more colour. She didn't need any finishing touches. Yes, she was incomplete. But what she failed to understand was that she is beautiful just the way she is. What did she do to you? She overwhelmed you with her beauty as a rough, quick sketch. You knew that with colour, she'd look like all the other gorgeous original characters walking around, laughing and smiling.

She didn't understand...that she was a diamond in the rough.
